A year ago and in line with our way of working, the community had the opportunity to open a bar in the center of La Bisbal. We thought it would be a good project to visualize, integrate and employ our collective.
El Trampolí proposes the task of relaunching Bar Muntanya with a new image and gastronomic proposals. Under the values of integration, dynamism, healthy, social, training, alternative and raising the image of our users and volunteers.
Bar Muntanya El Trampolí in Bisbal d’Empordà goes beyond simply being a restaurant; is a vibrant space dedicated to inclusion, diversity and social participation. In addition to the delicious gastronomic proposals we offer, we also organize musical vermouths, talks or performances, among others.
